Misty Hills Ella Resort, Ella

My stay at Misty Hills was fantastic, particularly because of the warm atmosphere created by the staff who genuinely made me feel at home. The breathtaking views from the room and balcony were truly a highlight. However, the Wi-Fi could only be accessed in the restaurant area, which was a bit inconvenient. Moreover, the walk into town felt a little unsafe at night due to fast cars and no footpath, although tuk-tuks are readily available.

I spent a few nights at this hotel, drawn by its amazing views, especially from the deluxe room I stayed in. The breakfast was fantastic, with some of the best pancakes I've had! However, I did encounter a few issues, like noise from the road and limited breakfast choices on another occasion. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there are areas that need improvement.

The resort offers stunning views and a cozy room, perfect for exploring the nearby area. However, the overall maintenance of the facilities and dining quality could use some improvement. The flaws in room upkeep overshadow the great potential of this place.
